APPLICATION METHOD

In-Line Production:

SPF 2000™ was designed to be implemented directly into current manufacturing processes and can be applied in lieu of cold end coating. Cold end coating is spray applied during manufacturing to protect glass containers as they move throughout the system to the finished product. SPF 2000™ can be applied in the same way and provides similar protection. This application allows the coating to flash cure and requires less of a curing temperature than the post-production method specified below. The precise curing temperature required for in-line production will vary depending on production processes and proper testing must be done in order to establish an exact specification.
